Use groups to create topic based conversations or to chat with a group of people.
To chat with any group that you are a member of, go to the chat tab, click the plus, and then select "New Group Chat." Any time a new discussion starts in the group chat, we'll notify the members of the group by email as well as by a push notification (if they have the mobile application installed). After creating the group, invite any members to the group that you would like to chat with. You can also invite people to the group that are not from your organization if you would like to chat with customers, partners, or vendors.
If you are a member of an organization, you can create a topic based conversation that anyone in your organization can join. Just select "Allow anyone with the link to this group to join" when creating the group.
